2008 Coming to an end ...
Sometimes it still baffles me that I'm in college and not high school. Time goes much too fast for my liking.
I guess I feel semi- accomplished. I finished a draft of this childrens book I'm writing. It's about a baby hippo. The boy I love is going to illustrate it ... hopefully sometime in the future it will be published. Apparently his sister has a kids book published so she may be able to help us with the process because she's knowledgeable.
Other than that though, I feel as though I've not done anything creative lately. This goes for writing, photography ... I feel like the creative part of my brain either died or is hibernating.
2009 resolutions? I'm not sure I have any. Any ideas?
I guess one would be to try to think positively in every situation. That's a good one.
Oh! And I'm going to try to take a picture of myself every day for the year 2009. Like a photo project. It should be something that will help me learn about myself a little ... hopefully it won't be depressing after a year in that I'll see that I've aged a lot or something. lol THINK POSITIVE *smack*
I actually think the photo project is a wonderful idea. It won't take too much time out of my day. If you're reading this .. you should do this project too :]
