We've all been there, seen the guy with the new woman or vice versa. You need to write another one about loving yourself, your life, your decisions, your future, that way you will move forward.
And remember the ones who rush into new relationships after a few weeks, are the weak and needy. The strong ones take time to sort themselves out emotionally, and discover the true meaning of the word "love."
