I've been in these really intense all day meetings Monday-Wednesday so that's why I haven't updated. We've had tons of catered food and are even going out to dinner together so I really couldn't avoid it. I tried to skip out on lunch yesterday but people kept giving me a hard time so I gave in and had some lunch. Anyways, I was eating "normally" I guess and I weight the same as I did last Friday so although I didn't restrict like I wanted to it wasn't too bad. Here's what I had (sorry too stressed with work to figure out cals for yesterday or today):
Monday
- subway 6 inch sub on wheat for dinner (500cals)
- potato chip binge at night (500cals)
TOTAL: 1000 cals
Tuesday/Yesterday:
- dried fruit (like 1/2 cup)
- 1 slice cheese pizza
- trail mix (1 cup)
- french bread...seemed like half a fucking loaf
- mahi mahi
- wild rice
- few bites creme brule
Today:
- bagel with cream cheese
- egg salad sandwich
- fresh fruit cup
I don't plan on eating dinner! At least the meetings are over and I'm back to restricting tomorrow.
Boy Update: I finally grew a pair and broke up with Nitin. Nick came over last night and we slept together and I'm going to his place tonight. I just know this will blow up in my face but I just don't seem to care because it's so much fun right now. I'm afraid I'll get feelings for him and then once we're together I'll lose interest, which is what I seem to always do with guys. He's my best friend and that would suck so much if I fucked that up. I really need to keep this strictly friends with benefits!
