Like I said in my last post, yesterday was my weekly lunch with my boys. We went to a BBQ place and I had half of a sandwich and about half the fries they gave me. Then I was going to have tuna or something for dinner but I found out that my friends are thinking of going to the beach again tomorrow...so that means hardcore restricting so I didn't eat anything after lunch yesterday. So yesterday:

1/2 BBQ sandwich = 400cals
fries = 200cals

TOTAL = 600cals

Like I mentioned the past few days I have my peroid right now and since it's the first one in 3 months the cramps and bloating are 3 times worse. The idea of me having to be in a bikini tomorrow while I'm feeling all bloated and gross is way unappealing. I'll obviously eat next to nothing the next 2 days but what else can I do to be as un-bloaty (so not a word) as possible? Drink lots of water? Midol? I'm sure I'll be drinking tonight so that probably won't help things.

I've also started eating hot sauce like it's my job. IDK it just tastes really good to me. I'm not sure about the whole hot-sauce-increases-your-metabolism rumor but either way it's 0 cals so I figure it's fine if I eat it.
