we have the cold and the windy, but our only snow has been tiny little dry flakes that don't accumulate and are as likely to be blown /upwards/ or sideways as to be actually following. It's very surreal.

When there's enough snow, it doesn't matter if it's dry or wet.

And we gots a buncha snow. ;-)
