Apey! - Your videos are awesome. Seriously. Great job on those. I was sure the two vids were done by the same person, but I thought perhaps Capricious Wind came out of retirement to do them. (High compliment for you, since her vids are great). Also, this is the second time you've made something for me for a Secret Chlark. I'm beginning to think maybe you love me. (It is reciprocated.)
And, again, BIG THANK YOU, to Toby and Dee for all the work they did putting this together. It really did renew my Chlark luv.

I remember you requesting it way back in 2011 when I had you for secret chlark, but I didn't know how to vid then, hence the chlark/lex fic. But I knew, this time, you should FINALLY get the vid you've been lobbying for.
And thanks! I'm glad you liked the vids. I don't have anything but free programs to make vids with, but I've been trying to do my best with those limitations. Someday, I'll get a fancy program and... watch out!

I'm ashamed to admit this, because I've done nothing with it, but my degree is in film. I'm so old that talkies were a new thing when I was in school, but I do know a bit about editing theory. Technically, Mariko's vid is better than mine (I'm not upset about that because my vid is everything I hoped it would be, including that shot from Hothead where Clark's totally jizzing in his pants). I encourage you to keep vidding. You have a talent for it. And maybe I'll get you to do make the next vid I've always wanted to see, which is a Clana Vid to Sick Cycle Carousel.
Did you notice that my comments on my own were super vague and pretty much never congratulated the vidder. I didn't see your comments until after the reveal so I read them knowing what you were up to. I did notice you never praised the work, just the concept or Chlark in general. I would've given you some major comedy points if, instead, you had inappropriately praised the mystery vidder, like talked about how sexy they were or how you were sure they were awesome in bed.
I feel no need for you to redo JIMP. If you want to, go right ahead, but it should be something you do for you. I'm perfectly happy with the vid as is. I'm not surprised JIMP got more comments. It is very funny, and good comedy elicits a physical reaction, whereas technical superiority elicits an intellectual reaction. Physical does trump intellectual (in so many ways).
