Not lost any weight this week. GRRR. To meet target 1stGW have 8 weeks to lose 8
lbs. I will do it. Think I will do 2468 next week, or a variation of.
On a plus note a work colleague told me I was "looking awful skinny"! Yay! I
know he didn't mean that, he just meant I had lost some weight but even so it is
a bit of a boost.
Crap day - dead goose on the road into work, have been watching the family raise
their youngsters, looked like the mammy or daddy wandered too close to the
centre of the road and was mown down :-(
Dentist went ok yesterday, valium is good stuff!
Got my Foetus album yesterday, is good, haven't listened to it all yet, still
desperately waiting for "Thaw" to arrive. Ordered a new 2GB MP3 player
yesterday.
I know I have got so much to be grateful for but I am so down today
