Okay. That Eggnog? Was not as much Eggnog as hard liquor that with a milky color. Seriously. That was some strong stuff. Even my mom said it was strong, which was like, wtf.
Anyway. Decided I'm not going to work over winter break, although that makes me feel a bit guilty. But I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and I don't know how long it'll take me to recover from that. On top of that, I have to get an eye appointment to get new contacts and glasses, I have to go to Dr. Jane's funeral, and I have some translation stuff I want to finish and work on.
I need to make a check list of stuff I need/want to do over winter break.
Also, I've downloaded an album by... Tackey & Tsubasa. Which is really strange for me. But I saw them perform "Mirai no Mukou" when Tsubasa was a guest on Shounen Club Premium, and I really liked the song.
Why is it strange?
Because back when I was a big V6 fan, I was also a fan of the Golden Age Juniors. For those of you who may not know, the Golden Age of Juniors was when the members of Arashi, Takki, Tsubasa, Shibutani Subaru, Yokoyama Yu, Murakami Shingo, and Nishikido Ryo were active and popular as juniors. In addition, Akiyama Jun (currently Musical Academy), Ikuta Toma, Kazama Shunsuke, Hasegawa Jun, and Kohara Yuuki (retired - oh, how I miss him) were popular as well. I think it began to fall apart after Arashi debuted.
In terms of shows, it was around when 8 Ji da J and Music Jump were around? Mostly I remember 8 Ji da J.
And so Takki was the top junior. And... well, I didn't really like Takki. I mean, I didn't hate him, but I didn't like him. He was entirely too mainstream and popular for my taste.
But now my views of him are changing, and it's just strange that I've finally gotten to the point where I'm actually listening to him singing.
But I really do like "Mirai no Mukou".
Also, why is that it seems I can't find the "Yume Monogatari" single anywhere for download? Because I was going to download that since I'm the most familiar with it, but it's harder to find. Strange.
