ok so how does this make sense?
I stopped eating junk food (fastfood, pop, candy, etc) and i have been exercising atleast 3 or 4 times a week ....
yet im GAINING weight???
i just want my weight to get back to normal... which is 12 lbs less ...
i just ran 25 minutes straight, did situps, crunches, push ups, squats ... everything ...
im exhausted
