Who would have thought. It was interesting while it lasted, I guess. Sorry to the dipshits I beat the shit out of. Ironically, I'm actually not that bad in high school. Taiwan's gotten into more fights than I have

[The type of talking he'll hear between struggles and gunshots and... cursing :| Will be that man saying things to the effect that Tetora has been a bad piece of property, a bad war toy, and that he's there to collect him. General banter will be around that.
When Tim gets there, he's going to notice dead bodies--three of them--torn absolutely apart and with his experience, he'll be able to tell that they did the tearing of one another. Tetora has been shot, and he's slouched behind a car that has gunshot holes all over it. The man who was speaking appears to be gone, but Tetora is dead-focused on looking all around for him despite lol severe bleeding from his gut.]

[After surveying the situation, Tim will rappel down from the nearest rooftop, just far enough away to stay stealthy.]
Tetora! It's Red Robin. What's the sitrep?
[For the moment Tim keeps his distance, circling in slowly. He doesn't want to risk Tetora getting the wrong idea and trying to kill him the moment he comes close, so calling out seems like the best plan, even if it surrenders the element of surprise.]
Re: [actionspam]detectivewonderDecember 3 2009, 06:00:58 UTC
How badly are you hurt? I've got field trauma and first aid gear...
[Given their first encounter, Tim isn't 100% sold on Tetora's sanity, but given the regularity with which other people try to kill him, he gets the benefit of the doubt for now. If he was patching Tetora up, that would be the best time for an ambush... he palms a throwing disc with a taser charge in one hand, while visibly pulling the compact trauma kit off his belt with the other.]
Re: [actionspam]secondkillerDecember 3 2009, 06:09:16 UTC
It went straight through and missed my spine. I think it knicked my intestines though. Nothing you can--
[Something pops off from the roof and sails down to the street. It's a flash grenade. Tim might notice it in time, or have the technology in his mask to deflect the effect. Unfortunately, Tetora reacts too slow and staggers from his shelter behind the car as he rubs bloodied hands over his eyes.
Zenitsu just chuckles, saying something in Japanese that's shouted and antagonistic. Probably an insult about Tim showing up, as he launches over the roof edge and, attached to a harness, is quickly making his way down while firing at the general direction of Tim with his free hand. Once hitting the ground, he's making a mad dash for the war toy boy.]
Re: [actionspam]detectivewonderDecember 3 2009, 06:21:03 UTC
[The lenses in Tim's goggles compensate, but they're never quite quick enough... he spends a moment blinking and swearing, then feels the first shot impact against his body armor. The response is reflexive, even half-blind: he throws the disc. Batman made him practice his throws while being targeted by multiple automatic weapons, while falling off buildings, in a windstorm, between two speeding vehicles... it might be dodged or intercepted, but he knows it will go where he throws it. He can see just enough of what's going on to start running to intercept the gunman, and shout out a warning as he does so.]
If you can help it, try not to kill anyone.

Yeah, yeah! Tell that to them!

...nuh. Cordova... Hanover Street.
[And then someone, older than Tetora, starts speaking Japanese, catching Tetora's attention.]

[If it makes a difference, Tim does speak some basic Japanese.]

His name is Zenitsu. Those guys you saw me kill the first time we met? He works for the same organization. Gakuso.
[He shifts his eyes up to gaze the rooftops.]
He's still... fucking here. [starts shouting angrily] But he's hiding like the white-haired pussy he is!
