(no subject)
Hey everybody!
Just like last year, I'm gonna try to use this to communicate with ya'll cause chances are I won't actually call and maybe I'll be doing work instead of going online. But knowing me, even this form of communication will only last a month tops.
So i moved into my dorm on Thursday and started classes today. My weekend was good. It was really nice to see my friends and party college style. Ooh, and I got my hair cut on Friday! So now I have sideswept bangs and my hair is generally shorter. Eventually I'll put a picture up on facebook.
Today i was supposed to work from 9-11, well actually from 9-12 and 2-4, but i have classes during those additional hours and i e-mailed my boss telling him that. Anyway, i thought i didn't have work because we don't have training until tomorrow night and he said if we have any complaints about the schedule to wait until then. I only found out that work started today because my boss sent an e-mail about it at 9:20 this morning, which is after my shift starts anyway. Also, I slept til 11 and then didn't get back from classes to check e-mail until 4. So that was mistake number 1. Mistake number 2 was sleeping until 11. I meant to set my alarm for 10:30, and i did, but 10:30 pm. the only reason i woke up at 11 and not later was because my friend came by my room then cause i told her we could get breakfast together at 11 before our 11:40 classes. I almost couldn't find my environmental class and italian class, but i got to both, and psychology, without being late. i'd talk about my classes themselves, but i'm far to lazy, and i have to study some italian greetings for tomorrow. where's elaine when i need her?
