He drank almost a gallon a day plus blocks of cheese. Now, doctors and the FDA will tell you that is good for you, but it was killing him. Now he is is better shape than anyone I know (well besides Erin, but she doesn't eat dairy either) and he is 53, just from not eating any dairy. But please, dont take my word for it. Try it for yourself. But I think if you read any of this and take it seriously, you wont be able to look at milk the same. I hope this makes you all think.
