Back Home
I came home for the weekend, because I had four days off, it was enjoyable. The Greyhound ride down wasn't so great, nor was it on the way back up, but the stay was great, I enjoyed seeing my Family and close friends again. Saturday I played a Halo 2 marathon with Phelim, Ricky, and O'shag, as well as went to lunch at Quarterdeck with them. Sunday was church and another Halo marathon. The news about Steve Irwin deeply depressed me, he's the whole reason I went into the Environmental academy. We talked about it some in my Oceanography class today. But even though I'm sure he wasn't ready to go, he went the way he wanted to, trying to teach the rest of the world about the beauty our world holds in nature. This is gonna be a sad week for me whenever I watch Animal planet.
