Content: Robin is very careful about getting involved in things he isn't fully briefed on, so he is looking for sources of information.

Robin had arrived in Chicago, it was obviously not his Chicago. The weather was wrong, and he had no access to Wayne-tech satellites. Or for that matter any satellites. Or a Cell phone network. He had a phone but it wasn't on any signal he could pick up on his gloves... which weren't working all that well right now. This was bothering him, but he's not one to lose his cool when everything is just weird.
To be fair weird is pretty common to his life.
Robin sat in the shadows, on a ledge overlooking the street. He needed some sort of information source. He'd contact the league but the Zeta Beam stops in town were all missing. Another reason he was sure this wasn't home. He spotted a rather odd looking pair on the streets. They drew the attention because the man was both beyond tall and dressed like something out of either Noir or a Cowboy film. Or both. The woman was really short, and her body posture said cop. Well trained cop too. Definitely as good a place to start as any.
