Content: Megamind's finally put the finishing touches on his new lair. It's open for business despite being secret. What?

At last, it was nearly complete. Just one more connection and... finished! With the last power coupling in place, Megamind slammed the fuse box shut and took a step back turning around to view the darkened room around him. It had taken weeks of work and a whole lot of brainbots to empty out the top floors of this office building but it had paid off! His brand new home away from home was at last complete... all that remained now was to turn on the power.
"Hit it!"
At his command, Cohort pulled the final lever and the place lit up. What had once been a drab cubicle farm had been transformed to a wonderland of science! Machines roared to life, tesla coils crackled and the greatest sound system ever constructed began blasting.
Megamind took only a moment to bask in the splendor of his new lair before adjusting his work goggles and heading toward a section filled with tables and equipment conveniently marked "Death Rays And Other Impliments of Destruction". Every section was appropriately marked. One section on a lower floor had been converted into a makeshift garage marked simply "Vehicles", the roof had been converted into a jetpack and aerial assault testing area and the largest one was cordoned off with industrial heat shielding and marked "Popped Corn Research".
And, of course, the best part about his lair was its completely secret and hidden location. Nothing and nobody would be able to disrupt his work here! Not monsters and especially not the citizenry.
At least... that was the plan.
