Content: Well, at least the mission wasn’t to find the holy hand grenade of Antioch.

[You arrive at the outskirts of a desert village - there is no one in sight despite the fact that it is clearly mid-afternoon. Walls and columns the same color as the sand have been blasted by the tiny particles so fiercely that many surfaces are smooth to the touch. A handful of the vegetation that sprouts thickly amongst the buildings lacks an explosion of color but that doesn’t take away from the awe-inspiring heartiness of anything growing in the relentless sun and heat.
Further examinations show that the village has mostly likely been abandoned for awhile. In the center of the village is a building larger than any of the others, windows latched shut and the ornate-door sealed. More startling is the number of skeletons surrounding the low stone wall wrapping around the building itself, apparently from a variety of eras - next to the bones of a sword-wielding medieval soldier are the skeletal remains of two German soldiers circa 1940.
Other than the noise of the wind blowing dust and sand, it is completely still and utterly quiet.]
