Girlz Only Detective Agency...or something... [Closed]

Location: A small office that is still within the "mystery fog" near the Blackstone.
Content: Jennifer has found an office for her mediation business. A certain police detective shows up and discussion ensues.

The little office was not what she was used to, but it was good for now. Blinds in the windows, a couple of desks, and working lights. There was also the fact that the key for the office had magically been in her pocket, and nobody had been to the building in the days she had been watching it. Something odd, but something none the less wanted her to have her office after she had decided the best thing she could do was open a small practice, or more legally, a mediation company. As she was not licensed, exactly, in Illinois.
She had been forced to go to book stores, but she found several books on the Accords, or the laws she had to make herself familiar with, but they were now sitting on bookshelves in her new office. She had been unable to get listed in any phone book, but now she was outside, still tucked into her winter white wool coat, though she was more comfortable in a longer skirt dip dyed green and an ivory peasant blouse, as well as flats. Clothing had not been that hard to come by either.
Adjusting her glasses, she pushed a strand of hair, half of it pinned away from her face, out of her eyes and began slowly painting on the glass front of the door. It was simple but neat, written as far up as she could get, being lower to the ground than most people. Jennifer stood back and looked at the letters, nodding.
"Chicago Mediation And Consultation"
Not a descriptive title, but she would assume people would come to her with problems that had to do with the odd laws of the land when they thought they had nowhere else to go. Part of her just hoped she would not be busy doing kidnapping trades between the Fae and normal people. That could get messy fast. With a sigh, she nodded, adding gentle flourishes to the sign so it looked more professional, not just hand painted.
