"........." Derek looked at the device and pulled out his own, scrolling through past messages to find those characters. He had skipped over them because he couldn't read them. "... Think I need a crash course in other cultures..." He leaned back into his chair feeling guilty for how he had acted in front of the Tiger, in front of Gods. But, he couldn't change the past. He could, however, work to lessen the chance of something like that happening again.

... Which may mean Derek would be spending time in a library pouring over various materials...

"It's nice to meet you... Yue?" Derek wasn't entirely sure which name she preferred.

He took a sip of his coffee before starting to retell what had happened. From the captain of the Flying Dutchman expecting their arrival from their "masters," to appearing in pirate outfits and told that they were to help get treasure and fight monsters to help the pirates, to the first appearance of the Four Guardians, to talking with the Tiger and Phoenix and trying to get the Tiger's trust, to how the world changed as the Tiger talked, seemingly in their heads. He continued on talking about the four not being able to return to the heavens because of them, about their "masters" wanting to accomplish the impossible and not wanting to pass, to possibly become immortal, and being warned that something really bad was going to happen. The Four Guardians had some other fight as well. Derek finished up whatever details happened after and the return to Chicago.

Then Derek took a long drink. The other Agents would be amazed at how much Derek was talking.
