She kissed each of them on the head in turn, ruffling hair and whispering names. "Daniel. Matthew. Alicia. Amanda. Hope. Harry." Her youngest, she hugged especially tightly. "I missed you all so much." And then she looked up again, over the heads of Hope and Harry. Charity knew that unless the worst had come to pass, Michael would never be far from their family in a time like this. She just prayed he was following the children a little bit more slowly.
More than six months. 'Missed' wasn't nearly a strong enough word, and 'joy' and 'relief' were only shadows of what she felt now.

Karrin turned away and looked outside to the city, she couldn't help but wonder what the others were up to and how their fights were going.

A smile almost made it to her lips, though her bottom lip was split open and it was painful to express the emotion she felt seeing Charity reunited with her family. Her nose tingled slightly and her eyes pricked, at least that had not been a lie. They were okay. She saw Karrin, worn and tired, and walked past her, touching her shoulder gently before moving on. Hopefully none of them saw the battle, so they would not ask what had happened. Not even Jennifer truly knew.

Letting out a sigh, Karrin found her eyes drawn to a certain familiar looking angel and Sanya. She skirted around the crowd, making a beeline for them since it appeared he was waving them over anyway. She stopped when she got close enough, "Fancy seeing you again, here of all places."

Inside the church, though, he took a moment to kneel, crossing himself to take a moment to give thanks for the Lady Charity's life. A prayer that took more meaning as he heard her reunited with her family. He straightened, staying back so as not to disturb the reunion.
Karrin's movement caught his attention first, then he followed her to where the large, dark-skinned man stood with a tall blonde man. One that felt familiar, though Galahad couldn't place a name to him. Familiar enough that he brushed at his coat-of arms, feeling more self-conscious of the state of it in the church than he had been before.

He only inclined his head as the others joined them, but did not take the moment to introduce himself. Instead, he gestured at the three Swords. "What you have done here is nothing short of miraculous, but I'm afraid to say that it doesn't end here." His smile became a bit melancholy. "Though, I suppose, you may have already known that."
It didn't became clear until after he had finished speaking that the worst of Clare's wounds had simply vanished. Sure, there were a handful of cuts and bruises left, but nothing that wouldn't easily be repaired in a few days.
Sanya frowned, looking up at the ceiling. "The witch, you mean."
Rafael nodded. "She's the last."

"Of course it doesn't end here," Karrin muttered, her respect for the angel could only go so far in her tired state. At least she wasn't as bad as Dean who had just come up and started insulting the guy. She sighed, her patience was really running thin now thanks to little sleep and a fight to the death, "Dean, is now really the best time?"

Her own wounds were painful, but they were healing better than they had been before. She felt most of them fading to bruises as she looked for something to sop up some of Dean's blood.
"Nicodemus...got away." She said quietly. "I couldn't do it."
She decided not to mention the voice. There was no reason to let them know he had probably gotten away because of some kind of trick he played on her.

"Such words are unnecessary," Galahad replied, offering the cloth to Jennifer. "It is not the fight of the angels that we fight here. This is a battle that began with mortals. It is mortals that must be responsible for its end."

"Never been any kind of cavalry to us," he'd gruffly declared.
Still he snorted with disbelief at Rafael's comment. The only angel he knew he could trust was Castiel. And even this supposed good version disappeared abruptly the same way.
Afterwards, he did allow Jennifer's helpful ministrations to his wounds with a murmured thanks.
