what about trick-or-treating?
it snowed today.
i woke up and... my first reaction was
Snowwwwwwwwwwwww
soon followed by a = um is it not a bit early for this?
[it also flurried last night... at which point i ran outside barefoot and sick. sometimes i do really intelligent things]
i mean, i am totally all for the stockings knee socks gloves coats etc. most of which i wear on a normal basis... i love cold
its just.. i was sort of looking forward to experiencing autumn.
california has autumn for about all of 3 days... which clearly must be the reason its called "fall"
i wanted to see the leaves turn and hear the satisfying crunch under my feet and breath in the crisp air. perhaps this will still happen.
perhaps i have a romanticized idea of autumn - poorly formed from "land of only two seasons"
ah well, while i can i will actively pursue the crunchiest leaf to smash beneath my foot. la.
