Tamaki's Rukia fantasy deals mostly with him flattering her, then her flattering him, and so on, and so on, and so on, until he climaxes and spills his love for her in a powerful stream. Then they go forth and fight crime, with Tamaki using Rukia to infiltrate Lobelia and flattering all of Benibara's fangirls into adoring her, and also into adoring him, and they live happily ever after at Ouran with a harem, occasionally being so sweet to Haruhi that she just stops talking to the twins.

Shinn's offhand Ikkaku fantasy is mostly him yelling at Ikkaku, then just getting walled, hard, where there's a definite chance of someone walking in on them. Shinn figures that Ikkaku has had a lot of experience, and, also, assumes that he'd be a tease. Shinn bites Ikkaku a lot in this fantasy for a) screwing around and b) because he can't yell or pepole will see him naked with a bald guy on top of him. Eventually Ikkaku stops playing around and just does Shinn fast against a wall, after which Shinn's neck hurts because kissing a guy six inches taller than you is tough.

Rue's Watanuki fantasy involves sacrificing his heart to her father with some nice raspberry Chipotle sauce.
