So, I finished watching Shinkenger last night! I've been saying for over two years that I wouldn't watch any part of Shinkenger that hadn't been adapted into PRS yet.... but Nick has been taking forever, and I really didn't want to wait another two weeks for two episodes. So I finished it. (And it was delightful and amazing and I have all the feelings and Takeru needs all the hugs, but I will save my post about it until after PRS finishes.)
I also watched the two Gokaiger movies I'd been putting off watching (Ghost Ship & vs Gavan) and I love all of their faces so much.
Plus, there was drunk!Akiba watching on Saturday, and we still have four episodes left, so if you'd like to join us on Saturday after PRS you can watch me and Rev drunkenly flail at each other about feelings.
Yesterday I went to see Breaking Dawn, which was gloriously ridiculous. I've been going to see the last few movies with my boss, and we continued the tradition. A+++++
I need to figure out what series to watch next! I've started Zyuranger, Dekaranger, and Fourze, so I could continue one of those. Or I could start something new that I have all of - Jetman, Magiranger, Gekiranger, Go-Onger, Goseiger, or Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. Or I could catch up on Wizard and Gobusters. (If there's something else out that's fully subbed that you think I should watch, let me know!)
ETA because I meant to rec these: pockythoughts wrote some amazing Power Rangers fics this weekend
- It Came From 34th Street, in which the Power Rangers go to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
- In Silence, which is Jayden's Dad/Mentor Ji and is awesome. <3 <3
