L'amour
Man I haven't posted in FOREVER.
SRT is crazy-awesome. Rehearsal for 14 hours a day, five days a week...Sundays is a short day, and Mondays we have off. It's really stressful and crazy, but it's so fun. All the people here are so cool and so talented. Josh builds all day, we spend lunch and dinner breaks together, and then we go home every night to his gramma's house and then we crash. I'm Betty Parris in the Crucible, Lucy in Snoopy the Musical, and a few awesome little parts in The Producers...I'm Hold Me-Touch Me, one of the horny old ladies, and Shirley Markowitz, a really dykey lady. As well as a bunch of chorus girls. Many of the people I'm in the shows with are in two or all three shows with me, and the Snoopy cast is all small and tight-knit, it makes me happy.
The long days are stressful, but I'm started taking naps in the green room during breaks whenever I feel inclined, and I relax as much as we can. Today is our short day and tomorrow we have off! i'm not gonna do ANYTHING!
But if anyone wants to hang out with me or josh or both, sunday nights and mondays are free. Come play with me in Santa Rosa!
I miss my parents...I haven't spoken to them in like, a week, we've been so busy. We literally have barely enough time to sleep, let alone do anything else. That's the one bad thing about devoting almost my entire life to theatre.
I miss my friends, too.
