Been Hangin' Around My Job On The Corner
Wow, it's been a long time since I updated which really isn't too surprising considering I have been working so much lately. Anywho, a lot has happened since I last updated so this is probably going to be a long entry, but don't hold me to it. Please. D:
Where to start...I suppose I'll start with work since that is all I have been doing. You may or may not know I have started work at hell McDonalds. It is probably the most horrible job in the work, but it gives me money and I enjoy moneys. I need them to do driving school and get my license and insurance for a car, but that is another story.
So, normally you start off slow and work fries for a long time until you get the feel of things and learn how the place works. Did they do that with me? No. They put me on the grill my very first day and I had no clue what to do. I got over it and went home thinking it was just because it was a busy day, but no. Not it at all. The next few days they leave me on grill alone and I go into panic on those days and have to learn everything really fast. I have it all down now. Just when I get to be good on grill guess what they do? They make me do the drive-through. I hate the drive through so much, but I am good at it because I got a free milkshake yesterday for lowering drive-through times. The only really bad experience I had was when a black woman threw a box of fries at me.
Work is ok now. You just have to learn how to take it at your own pace and don't take everything so seriously and it isn't too bad. The only really bad thing it has now is I work evenings which means you have no time for anything else. Because if you sleep in until 10:00 A.M. you only have three hours to live before you go to work and then you get off at 9:00 P.M. and nobody wants to do anything so you are deprived from friends.
Now, onto friends and hanging out and such. About two weeks ago, I realized that my friend Peggy, who I wanted to be more than just my friend for the longest time, was the only friend I really hung out with and it seemed like she consumed my life. I didn't see any of my other friends and it made me think that if I quit talking to her it would make everything better. So, I left her a voice-mail saying I didn't want to talk to her anymore and it wasn't her fault. So, that week I hung out with James, Julie, and Erin. We went out to eat at China Village where Erin wanted to know about sexual terms so we had to explain them to her in a public place.(Things like gang banging, S&M, 69, Camel Toe). Then we messed around in Good Will with all the freaky clothes and met Joe at Byesville park and hung out there the entire day. It was a fun time. We sat around screaming random things to scare people out of the park then laid in the grass and played the movie game for a long time.
After a few days I had another day off and I declared it to be working people's day so I decided I would go out with my friend Tiffany to dinner or something because we are the only two out of our entire group who work. Before I went with her I went into Byesville to hang out with other friends who I neglected. I went to Byesville Park and met up with Joe again then we made our way to Katie's and hung out with her for a while. Then Tesla and Paul came a little bit later and we all sat around and talked until Katie's grandma threw us off the porch like she usually does. So, Tesla and I walked to Jackson Park and sat there for a little while until Tiffany called and said she wanted to go now. So I left Tesla in the park and went to China Village again.
That was the last time I hung out for a while until day before yesterday when Julie and James kidnapped me after work and we went to the park at night. We all took pictures in my McDonalds hat and had a good time. The time there was short lived though because Julie wanted to leave because she is teh scared of le~police. They decided to take me home after driving through a cemetery.
That's about it for my adventures except tomorrow I get my first paycheck and I am going to the mall with James, Julie, and Joe.
