Torts is done now.
Going into it I thought I was going to fail miserably ...
The essay came to us first ... and I was reading it .. and I picked up a TON of issues which made me happy.
Of course w/ a racehorse essay you never EVER get to them all, so I finished about may half - little more than half of the issues.
Oops.
The short answer came to us .. and well, I had all the answers to the Uniform Comparative Fault Act pre-written down b/c I knew that she gives us out the SAME questions that she does in her "practice" one ... so that was simple. Then the Invasion of Privacy torts I think I nailed. The Present Value Question .... not so much. LOL. I knew I should have studied it more b/c she told us it was one of the questions ... but I thougth I would know hwo to do it .. until I got to have to use the table and I couldn't figure out what the hell to do LOL.
The multiple choices I thought were easy.
So overall, I think I did fairly well ... of course that might turn out to be "no-fucking-way" as Property did last semester. HA.
Let's see. .. oh .. apparently EVERYONE thinks they failed the Con Law exam .. so maybe that will mean the curve will be REAAALLLY nice to me.
Civ Pro and Contracts next week .. followed by the law review admission memo .. then .. well then a vacation ;)
