Cambridge election, again

In case you missed it the last time:

If you live in Cambridge and are registered, go vote for city council and school board tomorrow. There's only 56339 registered voters, of whom almost 30% are inactive, so get cracking. If you don't know your polling place, go here.

Candidate information and profiles, with links to some candidates' websites, is up here.

If you like, you can watch videos of 12 of the 15 city council candidates and 6 of the 9 school board candidates here.

The Cambridge Chronicle has a voters' guide here.

Also, the Cambridge ACLU Task Force sent a short questionnaire to city council candidates. Davis, Kelley, Moree, Murphy, Simmons, Toomey, and Ward responded. All were in favor of Cambridge's being a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants (which it is). Davis, Murphy, Simmons, and Ward opposed arming Cambridge police with tasers, while Kelley, Moree, and Toomey wanted to consider the issue further.

To me, the interesting result of this is which seven out of the fifteen candidates consider it important to respond to questions asked by some random resident in the name of the Cambridge ACLU Task Force.
