I sent the "help desk" a user comment saying the issue has been resolved a few days ago and that they can close the call, using their web interface.
I get an e-mail back saying your call has been closed. Resolution: Alreadu unlocked.Please check it again
... ... ... How ... stupid ... is ... that?
Also, they can't spell, which somehow makes that message even more offensive.
