The car dealer said "hey, we're busy today, but we can give you a ride to work." Apparently, that did not mean that they could pick me up again later, but they neglected to mention this. Also neglected to tell me when my car was ready. I called to check around 4pm, and sure my car was ready. Fortunately, they sent me an e-mail around 6:15 to let me know I could pick the car up. Fabulous service there.
