Update
Finally recovering from a virus. All thats left is a cough and a sore back from all the coughing.
When they let go of my partner at work I did wonder how things would go if I got sick. Well, there was some major backup for two days sick. Took a week and about 5 hours of overtime to catch up and keep pace with the work.
Right now we are looking for a part timer to help me out with proofing art. Sad thing is we only need someone for about 5 hours a week right now. Either that or I go in early and leave late to clear the tray every day. Currently I am about half a day behind.
At home, gearing up to start grooming the yard for the year. My back yard is still soft from all the rain we got three weeks ago. Thankfully I got my respirator to keep the pollen out of my face. I have 7 Loquat trees growing my my hedges. I don't know if I want to keep them and relocate, or try giving them away. Loquats are delicious. Besides that I have my fence to paint and the front entrance to spruce up.
There are plans to better insulate my house for the summer. Early reports say this is going to be hotter than last year so I need to insulate the windows, tint them, and put in those pads for the outlets. Some of the big windows I am going to put up that see through stuff. Going to print on the outside and lay it on the windows. Need to get all of this done before late April when the heat start coming. I think every year I have been in the house I have dropped the temp inside during the summer one degree. So inside it could be at 82-83 this year if I play my cards right.
