i dont watch britain's got talent, i stumbled on this watching chris moyles quiz night when it came up as a question. Intrigued i tracked down a you tube clip - it was amazing, i was genuinely speechless watching it.
Les Miserables is my favourite musical and 'i dreamed a dream' is an exceptionally difficult and powerful song to perform. This must be one of the most powerful and heart stopping performances ive heard. In the context of the musical its the song of a broken woman contemplating prostitution to alleviate her poverty, after selling everything she owns (including her teeth and her hair)
