FIXED NOW :-)

This:

I tried several times but it didn't work. HELP. My phone doesn't even have access to the internet. It's a weird request. It must be a scam. I tried the voice-mail option but I couldn't hear the numbers properly. I tried the text option but didn't receive any messages to my phone about it. The help I've got so far has looped me back to that blinkin' web page requesting my phone number!

I tried to get them to email my other account with the necessary details. I got this:
Hi,

Good news -- you’re just steps away from regaining access to your account! To begin the password reset process for your Google Account, click the link below:

https://www.google.com/accounts/RP?c=CN2Or_TG1PXa1QEQ7qLkzLO5xbRp&hl=en_US
- Hide quoted text -

If clicking the link above doesn't work, please copy and paste the URL in a new browser window. If the above link has expired, visit https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery to request a new link by email.

If you've received this email in error, it's likely that another user entered your email address by mistake while trying to reset a password. If you didn't initiate the request, you don't need to take any further action and can safely disregard this email.

Sincerely,
The Google Account Recovery Team

AND now this:

ACCOUNT DISABLED? I had access to it yesterday. This is bizarre.

Is there a help desk I can CALL from Skype?
