i luv swim. was having a totally crappy day- all i did was eat and sit around on the comp or tan. then eat and eat some more cause thats what i do when im get mad or when im hurting. but then i went to swim and after warm up i felt soooo much better. and today felt like we were finally pickin it up after a whole wk swim free at disney.
practice: (cause im bored and grounded and have nothing better to do but type this)

warmup:
200yd free, 200yd IM kick, 200yd IM drill

6 * 200yd free alternate IM
6 * 100yd free pull
6 * 100yd free
2 * 100yd IM pull
2 * 100yd IM

100yd cooldown

a whoppin 3500yd...really pathetic when i need to be doin 5000 by the end of the summer. maybe ill get there i dunno. the practices im lookin at doin in the fall are 30 mins longer so thats a lot of time to get that 5000 in.

yes. all i do is school swim EAT and sleep.

I got a tan line- not from a one piece! score. its so sad...i have extreme one piece tan lines from swimming all winter in the freezing cold... so def need to keep tannin over this break. ok im out.
