i drove to my new landlords place, only to realize it was 12:10 and they're closed from 12 to 1. so i drove to tj maxx to try to get some cheap clothes, only to realize that they apparently only make cute clothes for people who are size 10 (why this specific, you might ask? well, i bitched to brittany about it and she said she stopped shopping there because they never had cute clothes any bigger than a 10, so i can only assume they cater entirely to the size 10 crowd). anything in my size was hideous and/or hideously expensive for supposed "budget shopping." then i drove to my landlords. i brought the damage report and photos we had taken of the damage to the place, which the idiot who works the desk there proceeded to go through individually and tell me how we could fix things that we had only photographed so we wouldn't get screwed out of our security deposit when the time comes. then i meet up with k to go to eweb. so i decide to head over to the new place after that in order to get started unpacking. i get to the new place to discover that the moron who works the desk is so stupid she actually compared our keys, which are completely different keys, and decided they went to the same place. then i drive back to k's work to pick up her copy of the keys so i can get into the freaking place to unpack.
somedays life makes me want to go on a rampage and shoot everyone in the head. or at least myself.
in other news, y'all heard about this awesome "negotiation" going on between Benjamin Netanyahu and the Palestinians? basically, Netanyahu has decided that he's willing to consider okaying a Palestinian state, as long as it is demilitarized (which is always a great idea in the middle east...right? right??), and as long as they recognize Israel as a jewish state, therefore sacrificing the war refugees' right to any property lost, which sounds eerily similar to what happened after world war 2 to the jews in regards to their lost and stolen property. he also has refused to cease construction on jewish settlements in the west bank, which is kinda where some big issues come from...
anyhoo, just thought i'd share my thoughts on this ridiculous idea of a peace proceeding.
