Writing for the sake of writing...
Anyone who's an author may have realized that sometimes, the urge to write is too strong to hold back. I get that urge more often than I'd like, especially at work, and it drives me crazy! Whether it's an original story I may be working on, or a Harry Potter fan fiction (more likely, at the moment), sometimes I just start writing for no reason other than the fact that I want to... even if I know that there's a 20% likelihood of my actually finishing what I'm writing - In my Outlook inbox, I have 5 draft stories there, most of which I'll usually scrap and start over just for the hell of it.
I wonder if many people have that problem. I know Matthew doesn't, cause he's Matthew, but..
Hmmm, see? As I'm writing this, I'm getting a story idea, and I'll immediately have to write it!
