I caught a few spelling mistakes, nothing mayor, really, just a few missing letters or apostrophes.

I like the idea though, it's something that needs to be explored. I don't really swallow mush, but this has a lot of potential. Getting a beta to help you iron out the kinks will do it a lot of good.

Don't stop writing, you've got a good idea of what you want to write, and a very decent way of telling the story. Personally, I felt it lacked a bit on flow, but it was nothing drastic.

I hope to see more from you in the future. ;)

ooooh my goodness! What a sad story. It was told so well though. It made me choke up at the end a little bit. *sniff*
