Parent's Weekend was this weekend and for once, Percy was kind of glad that Poseidon wasn't around. He didn't want to explain the whole Luke thing to him and he didn't need Poseidon finding out about his dealings with Kronos because he was pretty sure Luke would end up deader than dead. And then Kronos would be pissed. It'd just be a big mess

Luke was bored enough after class that he was willing to risk fighting with Percy for entertainment. He knocked on Percy's door, sort of hoping he was doing something annoying like waking the other boy up from a nap or something.

Percy glanced up at his door and wondered if pizza delivery guys were like quicker than ever these days.

"S'open," he said, sitting up and moving to climb off the bed. "Hang on, I'm getting your money."

That made Luke sounded like a john, didn't it?

Luke lifted an eyebrow at that, wondering just what he was interrupting. He opened up the door and leaned against the frame, his hands in his pockets. "Wow, I hope I'm not interrupting something illicit."

When Percy saw that it wasn't his pizza, he made a face and groaned. "You're not the pizza guy."

Don't sound so disappointed about that, Percy. "I guess it was too much to hope that he'd gotten here in under fifteen minutes. What're you up to? Video games not doing it for you?"

"Not at the moment," he said with a slight shrug. "Saying you're waiting for the pizza guy doesn't make this seem like any less of a porn situation, just so you know."

"I was talking tor Grover and he made me hungry, you jerk," Percy explained, rolling his eyes. "I am waiting for the pizza guy to deliver my dinner. That help you out?"

"Depends, do I get to have pizza when it gets here?" 'Cause that would be helpful.

"Why should I share with you?" Percy wondered, kicking his door closed but not shut. "You're not gonna chip in. I'm hungry."

Rude, Percy. Luke moved further into the room but didn't sit down anywhere yet. "You're gonna eat a whole pizza by yourself? Pig."

"It's a small pizza!" Percy protested. "You telling me you've never eaten an entire pizza on your own? Liar."

"I have never done such a thing in my life," Luke lied. "I've always shared my food with people who wanted it."

"So, you've never ever ever eaten something all on your own?" Percy asked doubtfully. "That's bull crap. Everyone does that sometimes."

"Not when someone else asked to share!" Okay he was lying again.

"Please, you're not this selfless guy you make yourself out to be," Percy said, rolling his eyes. "If someone gave you a pie right now, you'd eat it and still have room for a burger."

"I would not." Not lately, anyway. "Besides, I don't eat random pies people try to give me."

"Why not?" Percy asked, making his way over to the door when the pizza guy finally knocked. "Afraid someone's gonna poison you?"
