Millions of people showed up to Tarika's farewell extravaganza. It was a lot of fun-- after more people got there. At first it was sort of awkward... but that's how parties generally go. That's why no one shows up on time, generally speaking, of course.
Once the party got started, however, it went swimmingly.
Tarika was really happy... which was the sole purpose of the party. I wanted to make her feel loved, and I think that was accomplished. I am really going to miss her-- she's an unlikely character for a best-friend for me, but she's definitely one of the greatest pals I've ever had. (I feel like sobbing right now, but I won't... I'll hold it in).
I have plans to drink whiskey with Casey, which is a great prospect for fun. That guy is a lot of fun to hang out with... I'm sure glad he'll be at TU next year. We'll be buddies, mos def.
