Gaius Lucius Felinus
I got a kitten! Muah.
I know, it's been a long time - why not write a full post, Nick? Well... because I'm lazy. So, there. Anyway, here are kitten pics.

His name is Lucius, on account of his rather Villian-looking face. Don't be fooled by the demon eyes, his eyes are a very icy sapphire blue. And though he has a permanent look about him like he's plotting to rule the world someday, he is the sweetest, most playful, purring happy kitten on the face of the planet (it's true, I had it looked into). He's a pure-breed Himalayan who was rescued from pneumonia and nursed back to health. He's now completely healthy and happy, though as a result of the illness, his coat is somewhat shorter and more unkempt than it would normally be for the breed at this age (just about 5 months). I'm rather fond of it that way, honestly - I love the bedraggled look. He has beautiful grey and brown markings much like a Siamese, with quite a bit more color on his back than normal Himmies (as Himalayans are affectionately known, I have discovered), furry "booted" feet, and a smooshed in face, like he ran head-first into a wall. Entirely cute. And right now, he's curled up on my bed, napping peacefully in the impression left by my body last night.
