Ordinary Day

The hospital at the very least is much nicer than Mercy West. The ORs are better, the facilities seem more up to date. When King told me that I'd enjoy the latest technology, she wasn't lying. The management that she tells me of leaves little to be desired but maybe the residents will fall in place with firm boundaries.

I wander the hallways, taking it all in, introducing myself to those who pass with curious faces. For the most part they all seem receptive.

I wonder if as much will be true of my new Chief of Surgery.
