Tattoos - cartoon specific
Hey there!
So I am lookin at getting a tattoo of a character from tokidoki (sort of Japanese inspired, sort of like anime style). Google and Yelp are being useless, and I kinda want personal references.
So, tattoo artists in/around Seattle who kick ass at cartoon characters? Really just lookin for someone who can replicate the image to a T.
