Goldies on 45th

So my favorite dive has been down with a sign saying "New owners/reopening soon" and I had been tipped off that the new owners also own an Irish pub on Cap Hill. What I wonder Seattle is this: Do you know anything more of this situation than I do?
Even though it is pretty close to being a hell hole, I'd actually like to work there because I'm not so put off by hell. Any advice would help a prospective dive bartender out.
