Upd: just wanted to add we don't have even a single complaint about the building/management/safety, we really enjoyed living here. In the summer we had several parties on the roof, where you can hang out, read a book or just relax..all neighbours are very friendly, manager lives on site and is extremely responsive and friendly. In the fall, it was very convenient to work out in the fitness room on the 1st floor. We always bought only fresh food at local stores and Uwajimaya, which is 5min walking distance from the building, we also just walked to Benaroya Hall, downtown (Nordstrom/Macy’s area), all clubs, 5th ave theater, underground comedy club, Qwest field, etc., never had to park. Bus station is 5 min away; we took buses to work daily. Safety in the building is very good, there are several elevators, manager can hold all packages/FedEx etc. This specific unit doesn’t have any connecting walls with other units, so it has been very quiet, in addition it is a top unit on the 5th floor…so it’s been very convenient to have dinners on the roof when the weather was great. Finally, this is one of the few apt buildings in downtown which is pet friendly!
