Comcast issues in the north end.

Hey! I live in Northgate, and TWICE this week now, the internet has been down. Yes. I've restarted the modem and router 4535 times. I call Comcast, get put on hold, then hung up on. Repeatedly. The first time it was down for four hours, and this time it's been down since 1 AM (and is still down, I'm posting from my Sidekick.)

Is anyone else having this problem??

Edit: Internet has returned as of noon-ish. Yay.
