So.
Alan is doing okay as far as I know. He had some sort of procedure yesterday and surgery today, so hopefully he is starting to get closer to normalcy. Derek sent me a picture of Jenna holding him but I haven't heard about the surgery. I absolutely cannot wait to hold the baby.
My grandma came through her surgery great yesterday! She is still hurting, obviously. The PT made her walk a little today and that was really hard for her, but she is in good spirits for the most part. I'm finally back in Fort Collins which is nice, but also means back to my life and responsibilities. It was nice to see my family and Derek's earlier in the weekend.
Tour de Fat was pretty fun Saturday morning, but a little too crowded for my taste. If you don't know, it's a bike parade/big party put on by New Belgium every fall. Apparently we broke the world record for biggest bike parade, so that's cool.
I'm pretty worn out, but I know my troubles are nowhere near some of those close to me.
