Banana-Molasses-Yogurt Bread

7 bananas, mushed
1 egg
1 cup plain yogurt (nonfat is fine) 
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1/2 cup molasses
2/3 cup sugar (brown or turbinado or raw, for a richer taste)

Beat these together until creamy.

Sift in
2 Cups flower
1 tsp cornstarch (this binds the ingredients so you need fewer or no eggs)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Stir. Bake at 350 degrees (1 hour for loaves, 35 minutes for muffins).

Yum.
