carrot cake
I searched the internets for a carrot cake recipe that I know I've made before. Turns out it's in one of my cookbooks. Heh. The brilliance of it is steamed pureed carrots and crushed pineapple. It's not crunchy or weird, just yummy. That is all. I'm now going to watch more Buck Rogers, which is entertaining on pain pills.
