Quit it, New England.

Good lord, am I sick of snow. I just want to hibernate until May rolls around. Despite being born and raised in New England, I am the biggest cold wimp in the world. Whenever I go out, I am armed with an arsenal of scarves, gloves, sweaters, hoodies, and multiple pairs of socks. My car also has no heat, so I drive wrapped up in a sleeping bag. I need to move South.

I am finally all settled back into my Mum's house. It was decided that Chase got to keep the ferrets, so my kitties are once again free to nap on my bed and get fur all over my stuff. Classes for the vet program at North Shore do not start until the fall, so I'll be spending my time until then volunteering at the MSPCA a couple times a week and hopefully doing some bitch work and cleaning for a local vet clinic. Honestly, I'd rather shovel manure than deal with customers at a store. I just want to start getting as much experience as I can working and taking care of animals.

I am pretty much counting down the hours until I get to see "The Wolfman". I've been waiting for freakin' ever for this movie to come out. I've been re-watching all my werewolf movies and re-reading all my werewolf books (books about werewolf lore and legends, thank you. none of this twilight and blood and chocolate crap) in preparation for the awesomeness that shall ensue on Friday afternoon. From all the interviews, trailers and pictures I have seen, this is going to be one hell of a movie. Finally, a movie that deserves to be remade.
