Songs of the Scythe
I just got off the phone with John and we were brainstorming ideas for the next EP we record. We want it to be extremely dark, and it is going to be more of a concept album. A tentative title is "Songs of the Scythe." Let me know if you think it's a keeper or totally lame. Just an idea.
We are looking for a small label that is interested in releasing our shit. If anyone knows of any labels that may be interested, let us know. There are a couple of local ones that I have my eye on, so we'll see what happens.
I'm so happy with how everything has been going for us lately. We've found that musical spark that we had when we were younger, and we both feel that the new songs are absolutely amazing. We have a show booked in just a couple of weeks. We'll be playing from 7-8pm, so drop by for an hour and check us out. Everyone in attendance will get free stuff.
I'm off to my hometown of North Vernon, IN today for my Aunt's birthday bash.
