sometimes I feel like I'm having some kind of long distance relationship with Mus everytime we skype at night. We'll see each other on webcam, as if he tinggal in Brazil and I tinggal in Sweden. (note country difference) Padehal, Bedok and Tampines. --__--"
I think this space requires a much needed update. For some strange reason, whenever I plan to write a long entry, I produce a short one instead. This reminded me of Murphy's Law where a plan will usually never turn out well if it is planned meticulously. Indeed, I should let my thoughts flow like that.
These few days have been nothing short of amazing for me. For one, my internship with MOE have duly started on Monday, and I must say it feels like I am makan-ing gaji buta, because so far I seriously had nothing to do as compared to my two other intern mates. In comparison with me sitting at the corner of the workroom, goyang kaki and reading eight days, cleo, seventeen and a plethora of other magazines, my intern mates had stacks of exam papers to check and account for. Since the ML dept by then had their marking and analysis done, I was left with nothing interesting to do. I daydreamt a lot, even had the time to take a short mid morning nap. However, I had a department meeting today where my TS (teaching supervisor) Mdm Hafsah introduced me to the other malay teachers (for the third time in two days) and got us set on a certain project that we have to embark on over the term. The day before she sat me down and listed me all the stuff that I need to do. I feel excited knowing I finally have things to do!
