Edwin is a Romance sim, he want's 20 lovers. I'll try but he is old so I doubt that will happen. He is a Taurus (5-5-3-8-4). His turn ons/offs are (Face Paint & Witches) (Zombies).
Lizzy, Romance (Rock God), Leo (4-10-4-4-3) and (Swimwear & Athletic) (stink)
Here is the house, trid my best but I still am the worst decorator.

This house, if a sim doesn't think Lizzy is hot they are all over Edwin. I also imagine Lizzy to be a kiss-kiss type person who calls everyone darling.
